Group Counseling: Group therapy is a safe and confidential place to explore yourself, and relationships through a shared experience. Group therapy has scientifically proven its effectiveness through evidence-based orientations. Groups provide a place where you can learn about the human experience together, a place to share similar distress. The benefits of group therapy includes: helping people see that they are not alone in their pain, support from a counselor, co-counselor, and group participants, with non-judgmental feedback from group members. Group counseling is healing in community and possibility meeting other like-minded individuals.
