Individual Psychotherapy: Whether you are challenged by a chaotic event, or need assistance in an area of life where you feel stuck; together we explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors for the purpose of problem solving and achieving higher levels of functioning. Helping you work through your goals is my primary focus, followed by sharing with you psychological "blind spots." Using evidence-based treatment orientations, we begin working immediately to give you relief and support while we continue our work together.
Marriage Counseling | Couples Counseling | Relationship Counseling | Spiritual Partnership: There are many variables we must consider when working to heal relationships. Whether you are in a martial relationship, dating relationship, or an open relationship, all relationships have something in common, the need to connect and share an emotional bond. We will look at your present relationship by observing relating patterns with your current partner, your past relationships with other partners, including non-romantic partners. The ultimate goal is giving each person the opportunity to feel safe, secure, and whole within their partnership and as an individual.
Family Therapy: Family therapy involves members of a family or group of individuals that wish to manage or reconcile troublesome differences and repeating patterns of distress within the family or group. We focus on ways to bridge all forms of communication through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and skills. Each personality contributes something special that create the family dynamic; although there are times where stress is brought into the group by one or more individuals, this begins to create chaos within the family unit. Being a neutral third-party, I am able to objectively and kindly share ways to support those in distress, while coaching better ways to reconnect all members in the family or group.
Child & Adolescent Therapy: Children and teens may present unique distress on the road to adulthood. Children and teens have limited communication skills and therefore communicate more through behaviors and play. A child's world is typically colorful with uninhibited fantasy and play. If your child or teen is in distress you may be witness to symptoms of anger, fear, sadness, mood irregularities, or somatic symptoms. Using evidence-based treatment orientations, we use creative therapeutic techniques that help provide relief to the family. One parent, or primary-caregiver, is required to participate in therapy when working with children or teens.
Life Coaching: We improve personal development by eliminating undesired behaviors through proven clinical psychological methods by a trained licensed professional. This practical and logical approach will allow you to create sustainable results that will increase the quality of your existence. In life coaching we work with specific personal projects, life balance, job performance, or general conditions in the client’s life, business, or profession. Coaching utilizes personal strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, motivational counseling, and other counseling techniques. This service is offered to the international population.

"We've got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant. You can't just accept it and leave it in the cupboard or just think it's going to get on by itself. You've got to keep watering it. You've got to really look after it and nurture it.
