I am an out-of-network provider, providing fee-for-service care. I will provide a detailed invoice if you choose to submit for insurance reimbursement. Health Reimbursement Accounts or Medical Savings Accounts may be used with this health service.
Cancellations, No Shows and Late Policy
Notification for cancelled sessions must be done 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will incur the full fee of time scheduled, this includes same day rescheduling. No Call & No Show appointments will require full payment in advance or possible denial of future service.
Electronic reminders sent by my office are a way to avoid any confusion, they are given to you as a courtesy. I understand circumstances beyond one's control may occur, I will look at each circumstance objectively. Out of respect for the time of other clients, I always begin on time, if you arrive late we will finish our session as originally scheduled. I am primarily available for Telehealth through video for anyone in California, Nevada and Arizona. I offer online coaching and consulting for those located elsewhere.
