Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
I currently provide legal Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with Journey Clinical. This service is provided at a distance, in the comfort of your own home. Former to distance Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I was providing in-person KAP service at Field Trip Health in Los Angeles, California, with a team of other healthcare professionals in a medical spa-like setting. I am also currently working with a team of health practitioners in México and Perù, where we provide culturally-appropriate 5-MeO-DMT-assisted psychotherapy, and also Ayahuasca-assisted psychotherapy. Psychedelic Integration Therapy
For those that wish to support their psychedelic journeys by integrating the content of their experiences, integration therapy may be a supportive tool. By integrating psychedelic experiences into ordinary life, one can better understand the messages the unconscious mind has released into the conscious mind. My approach to psychedelic integration therapy is similar to my approach with dream work and dream analysis. Utilizing dreams, archetypal imagery, and psychedelic content we are able to link the psychedelic experience with ordinary levels of awareness. This will support awareness into where changes in cognition and behavior might be best supported. Every case is unique and so every integration session will be different. Psychedelic Education
Psychedelic education in my professional opinion is the most important part of the process when working with psychedelic medicine. My current offering is primarily for professionals that wish to better understand how psychedelics might impact one’s mental health. Whether you are a physician, psychotherapist, social worker, firefighter, first responder or a concerned family member, we discuss psychotherapeutic ways to support someone that is under the influence of psychedelics.
Additionally, I am a psychedelic therapy educator for licensed health professionals at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, in their first online psychedelic-assisted therapy training program for 2021-2022.
